Georgian Heritage Design Project
Cameron Interiors Design Scotland
Considered materiality and detail within a listed Georgian mansion home. The perfect kitchen design not only creates a beautiful and functional space, it must understand and integrate cohesively within the architecture and heritage of a property while also meeting the needs of daily life.
Bulthaup b3 furniture, with timeless design and materiality respects and enhances such a home. Tall units are specified using a grey oak planked veneer, introducing a subtle textural timber grain. A sand beige aluminium finish to the island units adds an interesting layer with a soft sheen, appearing different tones from day to evening as the light gently moves through the space.
This beautifully proportioned home, offers a natural progression between kitchen and living space and beyond to an impressive garden through grand, ceiling height windows. The home also benefits from carefully preserved architectural features including original cornice and door architraves.
